AMDEN, NJ — Col- liers International/ Southern New Jer- sey announced that it has been selected to facilitate the leasing of 300 N. Delaware Ave., Camden, NJ, located just one block from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and a short walk from both PATCO and RiverLine train stations. Upon completion, it is expected to be the first new office space being developed in Camden, NJ since the passing of the NJ Economic Opportunity Act of 2013.
