THE HONORABLE KEVIN STITT Governor, State of Oklahoma

TERESA ROSE Chair, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Executive Director, Communities Foundation of Oklahoma Teresa Rose is the executive director at Communities Foundation of Oklahoma, where she helps people and foundations thrive, grow and contribute to causes meaningful to them. She has spent her career serving others and improving her community, holding a variety of executive positions, including senior leadership roles at Oklahoma City Community Foundation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Her expertise in community relations, government affairs, philanthropy and legal matters, combined with her heart for giving, enable her to provide individuals, families and organizations with guidance and options as they choose the best way to approach giving. Serving the donors of more than 900 donor- driven and scholarship funds and over 20 community funds, Teresa supports and guides impact giving across the state. Teresa earned both her bachelor’s and her law degrees from Oklahoma City University. She practiced law for several years, traveling the state and representing school districts in 150 different communities. Teresa has been active in numerous civic and community organizations and in addition to serving as the chairperson of the MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board, she serves as the chair of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.

Governor Kevin Stitt is leading Oklahoma with a vision to become Top Ten in job growth, infrastructure, education and more. He is an entrepreneur who founded Gateway in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2000. Starting with only $1,000 and a computer, he grew Gateway into a nationwide mortgage company operating in 42 states and servicing more than $20 billion in residential mortgages. In 2018, he led Gateway through a merger and established Gateway First Bank, which today is one of Oklahoma’s 10 largest banks by assets with over $2 billion in assets, 166 mortgage centers across the U.S., and more than 1,600 employees. Oklahomans spoke in record numbers that they wanted Stitt to use his business acumen to transform the state. In 2018, he received more votes than any gubernatorial candidate in state history in his first bid for elected office of any kind. Governor Stitt has taken a groundbreaking approach to his administration by appointing the most female cabinet secretaries in state history and tapping expert advisors from the private sector, including the first chief operating officer in state history. He is committed to delivering taxpayers more for their money, and his fiscally conservative leadership helped the state build its largest savings account in history, which proved to be prophetic in the face of an oil and gas downturn.

AN EFFECTIVE, UNIFIED VOICE IN ELECTING PRO-BUSINESS CANDIDATES The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber focuses every day on its mission to improve Oklahoma’s business climate to make it more attractive for economic development and improved quality of life. The Greater OKC Chamber Political Action Committee was established to help achieve these outcomes by aggressively pursuing the election and re-election of pro-business candidates at the state and local levels. The Chamber PAC supports candidates in every part of Oklahoma and our local communities to ensure that when we advocate on behalf of the business community, we have a receptive audience among our elected officials. Since its founding in 2010, the Greater OKC Chamber PAC has amassed a strong track record of giving to pro-business candidates that has exceeded $750,000 in total contributions. As we embark on 2025 and significant state legislative elections, the Chamber PAC stands ready, with your robust support, to continue ensuring we have individuals in office who support our city’s continued momentum. Therefore, you can be a critical part of this ongoing, relentless effort to impact elections in 2025 and beyond by choosing to contribute to the PAC and giving us the resources necessary to make an impact on election outcomes. Our commitment is that these dollars will be well and strategically spent to ensure our voice remains influential in Oklahoma policy making.
