HIGHLANDS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER The mission of the Highlands Performing Arts Center, known as “The PAC,” is to pro- vide quality venues and performing arts for the Highlands and Cashiers communi- ties. In addition to providing a full season of programming, the PAC is also the physi- cal home of three performing arts organi- zations – Highlands-Cashiers Chamber Music Festival, Highlands Cashiers Players and Mountain Theatre Company – and the PAC Youth Theatre program.
