1. Print your design in mirror image on a sublimation printer with sublimation paper and ink. 2. Cut out your print and secure it firmly to the mug, with heat tape. The print will face the mug.
3. Insert the mug that you will use to heat the mug press (NOT THE ONE WITH THE PRINT ON). Its best to use an old ceramic mug. Set the pressure on the press to firm pressure, not so tight that the glass breaks, then switch the press on.

Set the press to 190°C and 180 seconds (3min).
5. When the press is ready, remove the mug that you have used to heat the press, replace it with the one with the print, and then press it for 180 Seconds.
6. When time is up, switch off the press, take out the mug, and remove the print. DO NOT PUT IT DIRECTLY INTO WATER WHILE STILL HOT, IT WILL CRACK.
