Teams and Channels •

A ‘team’ is a collection of people, conversations, files and tools- all in one place

A ‘channel’ is a discussion in a team, dedicated to a department, project or topic. Once you set up your ‘Team’, share work files, create polls have discussions and more! Set up channels for breakout rooms during virtual learning sessions

Click + by the tab at the top of the channel to integrate apps into your ‘Team’

Create ‘Tags’ within your Team to notify a group of

people by using the @mentioning tags

*Your hotel IT can set up a ‘Team’ for you through the Microsoft Team admin center
