Sharing your screen • Choose ‘Desktop’
option to seamlessly switch back and forth between windows. Select ‘include system audio’ for others to hear sound playing when presenting.
Presenting in PowerPoint •
Always remember to maximize full screen by clicking on ‘Slideshow’ then ‘From Beginning’ or ‘From Current Slide’.
• Hold Ctrl and click + /- to zoom in and out of screen. Hold down mouse and move around zoomed area

A ‘team’ is a collection of people, conversations, files and tools- all in one place
A ‘channel’ is a discussion in a team, dedicated to a department, project or topic. Once you set up your ‘Team’, share work files, create polls have discussions and more! Set up channels for breakout rooms during virtual learning sessions
