TRY THIS EXERCISE TO RELIEVE HIP PAIN

RESISTED ROWS (BAND) Sit tall, back straight with band around feet. Row band to stomach, squeezing shoulder blades together. Keep elbows close. Don’t lean backward. Repeat this 10-15 times.
