Session 15 : Confluence (12/17/24) Objective: To provide an overview of the Confluence file structure and the process for uploading and downloading files shared by the CMS NTP and Insignia/Synergy teams during the e -course development/update process. A recording of this brief Confluence “how -to” session is available via Box: https://cmsbox.account.box.com/login?redirect_url=https%3A%2F%2Fcmsbox.app.box.c om%2Fs%2F6z0dsg5artf0nbebhlzsftegdu3zjq42 Overview of Files on Confluence Used for E -Courses Where to Start: Go to Files for CMS>CMS E- Courses. You’ll find each course listed separately under this heading.
Under each course title: You’ll see subheadings like Storyline File, Course Downloads, and Video. As shown in the screenshot below, each subheading for Course 1 ends in “(C1).” This is necessary because Confluence doesn’t allow you to use the exact same title for subheadings across different courses.
Note: Patrick is in the process of restructuring the folders/subfolders for each course to more closely match what you see for courses 1-4. Version control: Confluence manages version control for files. The screenshot below shows the current version of each file, with the date it was last modified. Confluence allows you to view earlier versions of each file. More about that late r.
