Downloading folders from Confluence: After the recording stopped, Mohamad asked: Can you export or download an entire folder with all of its subfolders, with the same tree structure that’s in Confluence? This could be helpful to CMS NTP for record - keeping/documentation purposes. Patrick will check on this. Possible process for making text updates easier: Mohamad said: Have you exported a Storyline file for translation? You can export the Storyline file so that it comes out as a Word document in a table format (looking similar to a storyboard), with the content of a scene and (next to it) the translation. You can change the text in that Word document and import it into the course so that it updates the Storyline file. So a global change in the Word document (like deleting “prescription” in “prescription drug coverage) could be done easily. Patrick: We could possibly pilot doing that and using that process, going forward. Mohamad did a quick demo. See screenshots below.
