Water Exercise Classes Marion Minette conducts the Monday and Wednesday classes at 9:00 AM. Her sessions focus on targeted exercises that will have you feeling toned in no time. Nan Perry teaches her classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:00 PM, and Fridays at 9:00 AM. Her sessions incorporate Movement with Music, allowing you to groove to Classical, Rock, or even Holiday tunes! No prior experience is required for any of these classes. Ultimately, while the focus is on movement (exercise), the experience is also about enjoyment and building friendships. If the air temp is below 65 when we're supposed to start., Marion will send out a "NO GO" email.
