MySay2022 Focus Groups
In June, we held our MySay focus groups for 2022. Thank you to all our representatives for being open and honest with their feedback, for providing an insight into what is happening within their business area and for sharing ideas for improvement. Whilst the SLT review the feedback and identify the actions to focus on from the Focus Groups, you can read the notes from all four of these sessions on Marvin. Here is a reminder of each of the Focus Groups:

Help shape the future of ESG at Whistl
To build our ESG strategy , we need to establish what matters most, to our stakeholders; employees, customers, suppliers, and partners (carriers).
As an employee of Whistl, your opinion is important to us, therefore we will be asking you to complete our ESG survey to identify and prioritise the issues considered most important to you.
We will be sending the invite to employees via email and sharing the link on Marvin and posters across all sites to ensure everyone has an opportunity to share their views.

My Wellbeing
Lights, Camera, Action! Thank you to our colleagues at Rushden and Lutterworth who hosted the Marketing team on 11 th & 12 th July for filming the new company video.
