Tokom ove godine svedoci smo pozi- tivnog trenda u Srbiji jer je Beo- grad poželjna adresa za mnoge inostrane kompanije. Prethod- ne godine cene nekretnina bile su na istorijskom maksimumu, dok su u ovom trenutku stabil- ne. Očekuje se da će tako na- staviti i u narednom periodu – ističe Koyš.
SERBIAN MARKET RESILIENT AND STRONG - Despite the many challenges that have arisen on the global mar- ket, the Serbian real estate market has proven itself to be resilient to external factors. We are witness- ing a positive trend in Serbia this year, with Belgrade becoming an increasingly desirable address for many international companies. Re- al estate prices last year reached the highest annual level historical- ly, while prices are currently stable. We also expect to see this in the coming years, says Koyš.
