There’s pages of breds...and there are pages of breds...I might be as proud of the 2 on this page as any we’ve had. Just awesome, functional, Shorthorn females, from the cow family that started with a weekend trip to Washington State 26 years ago this past May. One thing I learned on that trip...trust your instincts. I’ll never forget the legendary Cattlemen Bill McLean trying to talk me out of taking Adelaide 68K...he didn’t think she was gonna get big enough. I listened to Bill a lot over the years, sure glad I didn’t that day. There was no doubt in my mind she was the one I was coming back from Coulee City with. Her influence here is literally legendary. 31 head of direct progeny registered with ASA. Her most notable daughter, Adelaide 83B has 21 so far...with double digit pregnancies coming by her in 2027 and is the dam of some pretty amazing individuals. You get the point...I’ll stop there. May the best Cattlemen win on Nov. 7th. CONSIGNED BY: JUNGELS SHORTHORN FARM
