Three questions for...
Maksimalna udobnost je prioritet maximum comfort is our priority

Nove mogućnosti NEW possibilities
Do you have a favourite destina- tion among those you fly to, one that you always look forward to? “I always look forward to a desti- nation that’s located close to the sea, like Antalya during the summer peri- od. It is especially interesting becau- se of the surrounding high mountains and picturesque landscapes, and par- ticularly because of the waterfalls that we fly over when approaching the air- port from the sea, i.e., from the south. When the doors open, you can always feel the heat and smell the scent of the sea, while it is also characterised by go- od organisation, hardworking people, and we are often also able to see seve- ral of our own airline’s planes simulta- neously, so we feel at home.” We fly to China and New York, while we will soon also be flying to Chi- cago... Is it much more difficult to fly to transoceanic destinations or isn’t there much of a difference from the pilot’s perspective? “Long-haul flights represent the crowning glory of a professional pi- lot’s career, which is why I believe my colleagues who fly transoceanic fli- ghts possess the great experience and knowledge required for such de- manding flights. These flights are pri- marily demanding because of their long duration, altered flight prepara- tions, shifting between time zones, but also because of the special rules that apply when flying over the North Atlantic. China is also specific because of the rules that apply in its airspace.” What’s the ideal destination for a journey in February; your favourite “winter” city that Air Serbia serves? “One interesting destination in the winter period is Istanbul, a ci- ty that can provide a pleasant clima- te for walking and sightseeing during this period. There is never enough ti- me to tour Istanbul, which repre- sents an inexhaustible source of in- spiration for tourists, because you can never get bored and every trip there is special.”
Er Srbija leti do preko 70 redovnih i čarter destinacija u Evropi, na Mediteranu, Severnoj Americi i Africi, a sada i Aziji, i to u putničkom i teretnom saobraćaju.

Air Serbia is the direct successor of the region’s first airli- ne: Aeroput, which was founded in June 1927, and since then the Serbian national airline has been among the leaders of civil avia- tion, becoming a member of the International Air Transport Asso- ciation (IATA) in 1961.
Letimo do Kine i Njujorka, usko- ro polećemo do Čikaga...
Ohrida, Pule, Splita, Rijeke, Varne i Zadra.
