IN-FLIGHT EXERCISES

Onlajn prijava na let Er Srbija je dodala nove mogućnosti u okviru svoje mobilne aplikacije, pa je korisnicima sada na raspolaganju i opcija kupovine karata kao na veb-sajtu. Pored toga, aplikacija je dostupna i na svim mobilnim uređajima sa iOS operativnim sistemom. Aplikaciju Er Srbije do sada je preuzelo više od 50.000 korisnika. Više od dve trećine poseta veb-sajtu nacionalne avio-kompanije realizuje se putem mobilnih uređaja, od kojih gotovo polovinu predstavljaju epl uređaji. Korisnicima aplikacije su do sada već bile dostupne opcije prijave na let (ček in), skeniranja pasoša, preuzimanja karte za ukrcavanje i njeno čuvanje u Wallet aplikaciji, registracije putem mejla, fejsbuka i gugla, podešavanja analitike i vrste poruka koje žele da primaju, kao i veoma značajna mogućnost bezbednog čuvanja putnih dokumenata. Uz novu mogućnost kupovine karata, pretragu letova i informacije o cenama, putnici će u kasnijim fazama razvoja aplikaciju moći da koriste i za kupovinu dodatnih usluga, servisne informacije o statusu leta, promotivne akcije i niz drugih pogodnosti.

ONLINE CHECK-IN Air Serbia has added new features to its mobile app and users now have the option to purchase tickets online, just like they would on the company website. Additionally the app is available on all iOS mobile devices . Air Serbia app has been downloaded more than 50,000 times so far. More than two thirds of visits to the national airline’s website have been through mobile devices, of which almost half are Apple devices. The users of the app have already been able to check-in, scan their passport, download their boarding tickets and keep them in the Wallet app, register via email, Facebook and Google, choose the analytics and message settings. They have also had a very important option of safely keeping their travel documents. In addition to the new options of purchasing tickets, flight search feature and price information, in the later stages of development the passengers will be also able to use the app to purchase ancillary services, or get service information about flight status, promotional campaigns and a number of other benefits.

KRUŽITE RAMENIMA • Sedite uspravno i nagnite se napred na sedištu. • Približite ramena ušima, pa ih kružnim pokretom unazad spustite. • Ponovite vežbu u suprotnom smeru podižući ramena prema ušima i spuštajući ih u početni položaj. SHOULDER CIRCLES • Sit up straight and move forward in the seat. • Bring the shoulders up towards the ears, then circle back downwards. • Repeat the exercise by lifting the shoulders towards the ears before lowering in the opposite direction. KRUŽITE VRATOM • Udobno se smestite na sedištu i ispravite naslon za glavu. • Nežno i polako kružite vratom na jednu stranu, zatim na drugu stranu. • Pokušajte da zadnji deo vrata sve vreme držite pravo. NECK ROLLS • Sit back in the seat and flatten the headrest. • Gently and slowly roll the neck to one side, then back through the centre towards the other side. • Try to keep the back of the neck fully extended.

SEDITE USPRAVNO • Postavite jastuk iza leđa. • Sedite uspravno na sedištu da biste izbegli sabijanje kičme. • Nemojte da prekrštate noge. ANKLE CIRCLES • Sit up straight in the seat and place a pillow under the thigh, just above the knee. • Keep weight even and move the foot in a circular motion, keeping the leg as still as possible.
