New this Year: BASIS Ahwatukee Athletics will be utilizing a new platform called Bound for student athletic registration. All students must register on Bound before participating in athletics. Additionally, all required paperwork must be submitted in hard copy to Ms. Tolzman or the front office. Mustang Athletics
Please Note: All athletic fees will continue to be paid through Blackbaud.
All students are expected to have a completed BASIS.ed Extracurricular Packet and a completed CAA Doctor’s Physical 48 hours prior to tryout or 1 week prior to the first practice (if no tryout is required). If these forms are not turned in completed with both parent and doctor signatures, your student will not be permitted to try out for that sport or participate. Students must turn in a new physical for the 25-26 school year. Once programs that the student is interested in participating in or trying out for on the top of the form, this will help with office organization. There are participation fees associated with each sport. There are no sibling or multisport discounts. All areas are expected to be completed or the form will not be accepted.
