MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
All Members of CCI-London and Area Chapter are invited to attend
Thanks so much for your support by your CCI membership. You are applauded for your support of and attention to education in the condominium community. Renewals for the period July 1 st , 2021 to June 30 th , 2022 are in process and we appreciate your attention to them. If you need help with your renewals, please contact the Administrator at ccisw@cci - sw.on.ca. The renewal packages included: a cover letter with instructions for renewal; an invoice for your records; the annual Membership Form completed with information we have on record to update; Director Listing for Condominium Corporations. If you require assistance, please contact the Administrator. We invite all members to promote CCI for the benefits they can provide in education in the community. Boards are asked to please update director listings when changes occur and provide at least one email address for the board as we are communicating by email to alert you online events and publications.

We are grateful to those who responded to the Call for Nominations to the CCI Board, which was published in advance in a Communique via email on April 30 th to all members who provided email addresses. Deadline for submissions was July 1 st , 2021. The candidates were accepted as nominees by the Nomination Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. Three director positions came due with one director standing for re - election. Two additional members submitted their nomination form to be considered.
In the absence of an in - person meeting VOTING FOR DIRECTORS WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY PROXY ONLY to be emailed to the Administrator at ccisw@cci - sw.on.ca
Members who have not renewed their membership for the upcoming year of 2021/2022 on the date of the AGM will not be permitted to vote or to appoint any- one as Proxy to vote on their behalf.
