The AHL Insider July 2025 Edition

June Wrap-Up: Mid-Year Momentum Across AHL! As we officially close the books on the first half of 2025, we’re looking back at a month of grit, growth, and some pretty great wins across the board. June brought its share of market challenges, but the AHL team showed up with determination— and the numbers (and teamwork) speak for themselves! The Operations team continued to fine-tune processes and crush timelines— especially when it comes to settlement review. Thanks to the speed and sharp attention of our Closing Coordinators and Closers , the queue is staying “short and sweet,” keeping things moving and getting files out the door quickly and efficiently. A big shoutout to Rachel Moreno , who took the top production spot in June by funding 24 loans and Wendy Mellott , with a fantastic 20 loans funded. Retail Sales wrapped up June by closing out a record-breaking quarter in volume and opens. Several of our Loan Officers crossed the million-dollar mark in monthly production, proving that focus, consistency, and hustle are alive and well! Jessica Reynolds – $5,823,864
