Note: Given the limited space in the food truck, strategic planning, organization, and flexibility are essential to optimize operations and deliver a seamless customer experience. ● The food truck does not have an unlimited water supply, both the water tank and the cleaning water tank are limited in capacity, typically around 35 - 40 gallons each. Also there is a waste water storage tank underneath. Consequently, when they cook the first batch of boba and tea, it is necessary to pre-cook them at home or in the prep house. Afterward, the food truck is driven to the designated location to commence sales. ● Due to limited space and water resources in the food truck, we need Limited Toppings and the drinks menu. Also coffee and Ice machines can not be used in the food truck. ● The food truck can not exclusively rely on a shaker machine for every product. If every drink requires the use of a shaker machine, the cleaning water tank and waste water tank would run out of water within 3 - 4 hours. Therefore, apart from powdered milk based drinks,all other products can be prepared using a stirring method for tea. ● The food truck has only one window for taking orders, meaning all orders and pickups go through the same window. ● The ice machine cannot be accommodated. Ensure the ice bin capacity is maintained between 500 - 600 lbs to meet storage requirements. Ice replenishment should be scheduled every morning before the day starts. ● The smaller version of cooktop ChangBERT is identified as the optimal choice for the food truck environment due to its compact design. ● The 18’ Foot Food Truck , a maximum of three or four people can fit in the inside; The 14’ Foot Food Truck , a maximum of two - three people. @ 2024 KF TEA USA Inc.
