Hot Drinks Workflow Due to limited water , electricity, and space in the food truck, they cannot install any steamer or coffee machine. However, we can use the induction cooker to heat tea, allowing us to make all the KFT hot drinks. This way, there's no need to worry about not having hot drinks during the winter and cold weather!
The Hot drinks should have the following: ● 1 - 2 Hot tea Thermometer(s) ● 1- 2 Metal Pot(s) (Size: 1 QT or 2 QT) ● Induction Cooker
