Preparation and Closing As the truck is mobile, All equipment in the food truck must be tied up! There may be uncontrollable circumstances on the road or during transit. All equipment must be thoroughly checked to ensure it is properly secured before the truck can be operated. At closing time in the food truck, due to the previously mentioned limited use of water resources, the food truck will pack up all used items then driven back home or to a designated location for cleaning all used items, disposing of remaining garbage, and handling wastewater.
Adequate supplies of drinking water, cleaning water and Ice also need to be replenished.
