I represented the trustee on the sale of this lovely townhome in the gated community of Windemere in La Jolla. The owner had passed away and the trustee for the trust need to sell the property for the heirs. There were several steps I coordinated and assisted with to facilitate the sale of the property including: distribution of furniture and contents to heirs, donation of contents, staging and prepping the house for sale and final emptying of the property prior to the new owner taking possession. The home sold for 97% of list price.
I represented the trustee on the sale of this ocean view property in La Jolla, CA. The parents were elderly and needed to move to a senior assisted living location out of state. The property was sited on a premium lot in La Jolla Country Club but was dated and needed to be renovated. so that they would receive the highest market value possible based on the condition of the home. The results were success- ful, the home sold for the price the family wanted after receiving multiple offers. I consulted with the family to correctly price the home which resulted in an offer within 30 days of coming on the market allowing the parents to move quickly and the family was pleased that the home sold at 95% of list price. The family hired me to represent them in the sale of a Homer Delawie designed mid-century modern home in La Jolla Shores. The property was classic 1960’s and had a lot of deferred maintenance. I worked with the family for 3 months prior to bringing the house on the market to ensure that the home was ready
I represented the family on the sale of this 3BR/2.5BA town- home in the UTC area of San Diego. Working with the fam- ily, my group coordinated the donation and sale of items in the house, as well as prepping and staging the house for sale. The marketing of the home and strategic pricing brought multiple offers within a week of being in the MLS and the house sold for $62,000 over the list price.
I retained by the trust attorney to represent a family trust on the sale of a 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo in La Jolla Village.
I facilitated emptying the contents of the condo, prepping the condo for sale, and selling the condo in 60 days within 95% of the list price.

We worked with the bank trust real estate manager on the sale of a 3BR/2BA original condition mid-century modern home in La Jolla Village. Our marketing efforts brought multiple offers and sold within 90% of the list price in ‘as is’ condition. was sited on a large lot and had historic implications since the orginal house was designed by Irving Gill. Representing the family heirs and their eldercare/trust attorney, I sold in the parent’s home in Mission Hills. The property I worked with the bank trust real estate manager on the sale of this RM1-1 property in the Beach Barber Tract in La Jolla. The prop- erty successfully sold to an architect/developer who tranformed the property. I worked with the Fiduciary representing the family in the on the sale of this 4BR/2BA home in University City. I provided the date of death valuation and worked with the fiduciary during the 3-month waiting period mandated in the trust, assisted with the process of prepping the property for sale. The marketing efforts resulted in eight offers within one week and the property was sold over list price.
