I retained by the trust attorney to represent a family trust on the sale of a 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo in La Jolla Village.

I facilitated emptying the contents of the condo, prepping the condo for sale, and selling the condo in 60 days within 95% of the list price.

We worked with the bank trust real estate manager on the sale of a 3BR/2BA original condition mid-century modern home in La Jolla Village. Our marketing efforts brought multiple offers and sold within 90% of the list price in ‘as is’ condition. was sited on a large lot and had historic implications since the orginal house was designed by Irving Gill. Representing the family heirs and their eldercare/trust attorney, I sold in the parent’s home in Mission Hills. The property I worked with the bank trust real estate manager on the sale of this RM1-1 property in the Beach Barber Tract in La Jolla. The prop- erty successfully sold to an architect/developer who tranformed the property. I worked with the Fiduciary representing the family in the on the sale of this 4BR/2BA home in University City. I provided the date of death valuation and worked with the fiduciary during the 3-month waiting period mandated in the trust, assisted with the process of prepping the property for sale. The marketing efforts resulted in eight offers within one week and the property was sold over list price.

 
