Rakowski started his career at Nave Newell in 2002 where he worked his way up to project manager until 2011. Two new additions include Michael Bruce as civil staff engineer and Andrew Giersch as a member of the land surveying department. Bruce, new to the area, comes from Massachusetts where he most recently worked for MassDOT. He brings with him a diverse background of experience including land de- velopment, traffic and environ- mental engineering.
