FIRST THINGS FIRST You must have a connected account in Total Expert with the MLO you are cobranding with. Make sure to enter your name, contact info, headshots, MLS number, credit card information, etc. If you are requesting a mailed marketing piece , have your Excel address list or EDDM route list ready to go (Need help with this? Just ask!) Orders are typically finished in about 1 week , from the time of initial order to delivery of the piece in your hands. Let the Games Begin! 1

ORDERING YOUR PIECE
Template or Custom | Proofs | Critical Information
Select a piece from our marketing library in TE, or let us know if you’d like a custom design For custom design, fee must be paid before any design work can be done. We always send proofs to you to approve before we print, just to make sure you have a chance to catch any errors or request changes. Proofs take 24 hours for a templated piece, or 5 business days for a custom piece For custom design work: Make sure to send us any critical information needed to complete your piece (headshot, logo, contact information, brand guidelines, examples of what you're looking for, etc). Send any specific text you want to include in a typed format (Word doc or email). We cannot use handwritten text.

REVIEWING YOUR PROOF
Be Thorough | Further Changes | Additional Fees
Make sure you read through everything on the piece, including your contact information. All design changes must be submitted in one email, so take your time reviewing. Further changes requested after your initial revision email will result in another custom graphic design fee. We will allow spelling or grammatical changes without an additional custom design fee after the initial revision email. Once you send your revisions, our design team will make your changes and send back to you for your final approval.

6 DELIVERY
Please specify if you are picking up (either locally at HQ or at their nearest USAM branch) or need direct shipping. Bulk complimentary shipments are sent out on Wednesdays or Thursdays for overnight delivery to a USA Mortgage licensed o ce location. If you choose to pay for shipping, the order is shipped as soon as it is completed to the delivery address of your choice.
