BBQ Area The BBQ area in front of the office is designated for RV guests, but MH-residents are welcome to use it as well, but have to sign a grill use agreement. No reservations for the BBQ area in front of the office are possible and are on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. MH guests that would like to book in advance, can make use of the BBQ by the dog park. Reservations for that BBQ area are possible and please coordinate with the office. When making use of this facility, please make sure to discard all trash and leave in a clean condition. from the Park and permission to keep the dog will be revoked. The costs of property repairs or medical treatment resulting from the actions of a Resident(s) or Guest's pet will be the responsibility of the Resident. Dogs must not disturb or threaten other Residents, Guests, or Park Employees. Any dog causing a disturbance, annoyance or harm (such as barking, growling, lunging and especially biting, as well as any damage to landscaping, structures or equipment) will be required to be removed Any messes left by a pet in the Park must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of (This includes cleaning up messes on the homesite). Bags are available throughout the RV park and Dog Park. Dog owners should carry plastic bags to pick up any messes and dispose of them in the proper receptacles, in the event there are no park bags available. Do not let your dog(s) mess on other homesites or RV Park sites. If this happens, please clean the mess up. Messes must not be disposed of in the utility easement area of the homesite. Reminder: Pets Under no circumstances shall a pet be allowed to run loose in the Mobilehome and RV Park. Any dog running loose in the Park can be impounded by Animal Control at the Resident(s) expense. All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the home, unless the homesite is enclosed with a fence. NO DOG IS TO BE LEFT TIED UP AND UNATTENDED OUTSIDE OF THE HOME- even in a fenced yard. Dogs have strangled when put in these situations. Cats should be kept in the home themselves or on the homesite. There are coyotes and other animals around Coachland that pose a danger to all pets.

Site Appearance A. Residents shall maintain their home, homesite, all structures, landscaping, and improvements in good condition and repair and in a neat, clean, and attractive, well-kept manner. All concrete, asphalt and other surfaces shall be kept clean and maintained in good repair and condition and shall be kept free of oil, and other sticky or oily substances. B. Landscaping should be properly maintained at all times. Lawns should be cut, kept free of weeds and pine needles, and watered during the growing season to maintain a neat appearance. The entire homesite should be landscaped in accordance with Rule 7.A.I and 7.A.II. The homesite must not have bare, unmaintained areas. C. Storage under the home is Prohibited. The home hitch is the only item that is permitted to be stored under the home. This area must remain accessible for plumbing and other repairs. The storage shed on your homesite may be used for tires, gardening, and other items. E-bikes This is a message to all e-bikers in the park, especially to our younger folks and their parents: All e-bikers have to adhere to the speed limit and traffic rules, such as yield signs and 5mph. 1. 2.No racing through the park. 3.Helmets are strongly suggested. 4.No loitering in front of the clubhouse. 5.Be respectful to your community.

Reminder: Clubhouse Rental This is a reminder that the clubhouse is not available for large scale events and rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
