Remodel of an existing single-story retail building into outpatient medical offices. This project consists of a 16,320-square-foot tenant improvement delivering a fully integrated Urgent Care and Diagnostic Imaging facility designed to support efficient patient flow, advanced diagnostics imaging, and high-quality clinical care. Program elements include patient waiting and reception areas, physician and nurse workstations, six (6) exam rooms, and a dedicated treatment room. Diagnostic Imaging services are supported by advanced imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, one (1) mammography suite, and one (1) DEXA room.
