The Northgate Industrial Park is a repurposing of the 17.6-acre former Fry’s Electronics mega store site in North Natomas. The former two-story, 156,013-square- foot Fry’s building has been converted into a single- story industrial warehouse space featuring (8) 9’ x 10’ overhead dock-level doors, (3) 12’ x 14’ overhead grade-level doors, and (1) van-high roll-up door. Improvements also included exterior paint, a new TPO roof, and other site enhancements. The new floor plan also includes (2) main entrance store front areas, designed to accommodate two future tenants. Extensive demolition included the removal of the second-floor mezzanine, a large exterior rotunda with roof top welded cage feature, exterior site concrete, and roof.
