Neck Release What to do: Gently tilt your head to one side
Shoulder Rolls What to do: Roll shoulders forward 5 times
Seated Twist What to do: Sit upright Place one hand on the opposite knee
Chest Opener What to do: Clasp hands behind your back (or rest hands on chair)
Standing Stretch + Reset What to do: Stand up
Hold for 10–15 seconds
Roll backward 5 times
Reach arms overhead
Gently lift your chest
Keep movements slow and controlled
Gently twist your torso
Take a deep breath in
Switch sides
Open your shoulders
Slowly release Optional: Walk around for 30–60 seconds
Repeat 2–3 times
