Since Signode unveiled its Global Flagship Facility in Roselle, Illinois — featuring a state-of-the-art Customer Ex- perience Center — the company says it is better serving its customers and helping contribute to their success. The 360,000-square-foot facility includes a training fa- cility and expanded equipment manufacturing testing area in addition to an International Safe Transit Association (ISTA)-certified Packaging Lab, where real-world transit conditions are replicated to validate effective load con- tainment methods. Since it opened, Signode says it has been able to improve service to customers looking for op- timal packaging outcomes.
