Mowing will be done weekly based on site needs, with all clippings removed off-site. Before mowing, lawn areas, beds, and planters will be cleared of trash and debris. String trimming around obstacles and edging along turf areas will be performed as needed. Hard surfaces will be blown clean after each visit. Fertilization will follow a seasonal plan and be applied by a licensed pesticide applicator. Treatments include balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen, broadleaf weed control, surface insect control, crabgrass prevention, and grub control at appropriate times from early spring through late fall, ending with a limestone application to improve soil condition.
