RETAINED INTEREST Prairie Creek Angus will retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. Also retaining rights to two successful flushes out of Lot 41. GUARANTEE All bulls are guaranteed to be fertile and sound. Any bull that is found not to be fertile and a sound breeder, buyer has the choice of a replacement if one is available, credit in future sale, or 100% cash back. Any other issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. DISCOUNTS $100 per bull discount on bulls taken home sale day. Prairie Creek Angus offers free wintering through May 1, 2025. To all first time buyers - you will receive a $125 discount per animal. Volume Rates: 3% discount on 2-3 bulls, 4% on 4 bulls and 5% on 5 or more.
