3. POS STRUCTURE
3.3 PRIMARY PANEL
1. Parallel Tickets. Each of the numbers corresponds to a ticket which can act independently. In this way, several operators can sell to different customers in parallel with the same device.
2. POS User/Customer Relationship. Here, you can define which user makes the sale and to which customer it is made. It is important that these fields are completed from the beginning of the sale. To speed this up, the default values can be set, for example, so an unknown customer is pre-selected. These values are editable as long as the ticket has not yet been created.
3. Ticket Content. Items sold, promotions applied, etc. The lines can be edited and can be cancelled at any time before finalizing the transaction.
4. Payment Options. Quick access to the most common payment options such as "Cash" for cash payment or "Card" if an EPT is connected; and access to all the available payment methods by using the "Other MOPs" option.
