Rhapsody

Hiring Blitz It should come as no surprise that Rhapsody has been scaling up, both in its leadership at the corporate level, and at the site level with four new properties launching before the end of 2018. This past month our corporate head office welcomed Ryan Sims, VP of Operations; Austin Joynes, National Director of Marketing & Training; and Audra Shinnebarger and Sophie Rosado, both Regional Property Managers.

The Montgomery Leasing Centre and Fall Launches

centre was Rhapsody’s warm-up to the anticipated launches of three additional properties before the close of 2018. Well- established Canadian developers like RioCan, Rockport, and Tricon have entrusted Rhapsody with launching and managing their first purpose-built rental buildings. These are exciting times for Rhapsody to firmly establish itself as the leader in the Canadian market.

Rhapsody launched the pre-leasing of Toronto’s newest luxury purpose-built rental this summer in their designated leasing centre. The leasing centre is the first of its kind for purpose-built rentals in Toronto and the reception from prospects has been great. As of early fall, the team has already leased 15 percent of the 239 units.

Summer Ice Cream Our residents were delighted with a surprise to offset the scorching heat in Toronto when Area Manager Lisa Mata, and Resident Experience Manager Aleshia Pinto joined the staff to hand out tote bags to residents, and make sure they got free ice cream.
