llentown, PA — About 40 members and guests of CREWLehigh Valley enjoyed an April pre- view tour of Three City Center, the newest addition to the Neighborhood Improvement Zone, a special taxing district that encourages development and revitalization in downtown Allentown. The new 170,000 SF seven-story office building features 8,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor as well as an underground park- ing garage for 96 cars. Jim Harbaugh, vice presi- dent, director of sales for City Center, the project owner, credited partnerships for the success of the building. He noted that a major tenant, the law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, was returning to center city Allentown, hav- ing relocated to the suburbs in 1994. Three City Center is located on the site of the for- mer Colonial Theater and was designed in the Beaux Arts style to echo themes present in the neighborhood.
