Campanella arranged the financing on behalf of Baker Properties DTZ secures $38 million in financing arranged for six-business park portfolio in Richmond, VA
ICHMOND, VA — DTZ announced that it has secured $38 million in financing for a six-business park portfolio in Richmond. Executive managing director John Campanella arranged the financing on behalf of Baker Properties. BNY Mellon was the lender. Totaling 827,925 s/f, the port- folio is 85% leased and includes 19 buildings concentrated in submarkets with access to ma- jor transportation highways, including I-95, I-295 and I-64, and airports. ter, Airpark Business Center and Pine Glen are located in Chesterfield County and rep- resent a mix of single-story office/flex and industrial prod- uct. Park Central and Virginia Center Technology Park are lo- cated in Henrico County, while Hanover Business Center is in Hanover County. Chesterfield Business Center is comprised of eight office/ warehouse buildings totaling 191,372 s/f located within the Chesterfield Airport Industrial Park. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 2-years interest only and 30-year amortization sched- ule. NorthMarq arranged financ- ing for the borrower through its Seller-Servicer relationship with Freddie Mac. n by the improving jobs market, rising incomes and continued demand shifts from for-sale to rental. 4. We will see a tremen- dous rush toward build-to-suit transactions as companies and developers attempt to cash in on the NJ Economic Growth Grant program. Last, but certainly not least, my crystal ball tells me that Tiger Woods finally wins his 15th major (most likely the British Open). And, feeling like his life is back on track, he will propose to girlfriend Lindsay Vonn. I choose to have faith in this prediction, despite Tiger shooting an 82 – the worst score of his professional career – just weeks ago in Scottsdale, Arizona.
