Campanella arranged the financing on behalf of Baker Properties DTZ secures $38 million in financing arranged for six-business park portfolio in Richmond, VA

ICHMOND, VA — DTZ announced that it has secured $38 million in financing for a six-business park portfolio in Richmond. Executive managing director John Campanella arranged the financing on behalf of Baker Properties. BNY Mellon was the lender. Totaling 827,925 s/f, the port- folio is 85% leased and includes 19 buildings concentrated in submarkets with access to ma- jor transportation highways, including I-95, I-295 and I-64, and airports. ter, Airpark Business Center and Pine Glen are located in Chesterfield County and rep- resent a mix of single-story office/flex and industrial prod- uct. Park Central and Virginia Center Technology Park are lo- cated in Henrico County, while Hanover Business Center is in Hanover County.
