So, to quickly and easily reply to their question, simply hit “reply” to the email they sent you! You don’t even have to log onto Basecamp in order to reply. Reply on the go, reply on the toilet…we don’t care! We just want to hear from you.
2 LOG INTO BASECAMP (DESKTOP). You can also easily access Basecamp via your mobile browser or your desktop computer! Basecamp makes it easy to see your to-dos, relevant Docs & Files, and messages with your team. Bookmark Basecamp so you can find it again easily! Forgot your Basecamp password? Don’t worry! Just go to Basecamp.com, go to Customer Login, and input your email to reset your password. DOWNLOAD THE BASECAMP APP. Did you know that there’s an APP for Basecamp? Download the Basecamp app to stay caught up when you’re not at your desk. You’ll be able to watch videos, read reports, request a website edit, and send a note to your team – from wherever you are! 3 Remember, the most important thing you can do for your marketing is keep in touch with your team.
