BRIEF HISTORY
The LE Group is a leading provider of regulatory compliance services across a number of areas including asbestos, fire, and water – each delivered by our specialist divisions. As a trusted compliance partner, we help our clients to reduce risk, improve safety and assure regulatory compliance in a wide range of sectors. Regulatory compliance can be broadly defined as the adherence to laws, regulations, and guidelines created by government legislations and regulatory bodies applicable to an organisation based on the industry and jurisdiction in which it operates. Established in 2012, The LE Group is structured to provide a suite of services tailored to improving the fabric of the building and the wider building environment within predominantly local government and the social housing. The services support our clients in adapting to and changing their existing systems to ensure full compliance. We support our customers to simplify complex safety and regulatory compliance requirements by applying a holistic approach and adopting the rules of the “Golden Thread” whilst keeping the processes efficient and transparent.

Operational efficiency level - to achieve a detailed understanding of the levels of compliance, identify through gap analysis where a cost-effective balance between compliance and reasonably practicable. 3. Remediation level – planning and delivering to ensure the organization is achieving the legislative compliance required.
