Show Us Your Precious Moments Linda Bianchi
Linda Bianchi from Seattle, Washington has been collecting Precious Moments since 1984. It all began when a coworker showed her pictures of Precious Moments figurines his wife was collecting. “I was hooked!” Linda says.
When people come to her house, they notice all of them and can’t help but remark, “You have so many!” She has more than 700 of them, in fact. In describing her collection, Linda says, “I have Precious Moments in three cabinets, one is a Precious Moments cabinet. They are in my living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom.” Her favorite figurine from the start of her collecting is the girl with the goose, Make A Joyful Noise . Her second favorite is her Seattle Seahawks figurine! In addition to figurines, she also collects dolls and has a cedar chest filled with Precious Moments stuffed animals. She looks forward to displaying a collection of Christmas ornaments on her holiday tree each year. “I even have Precious Moments checks for my bank account – I’m a true Precious Moments collector!” Linda explains with pride. “I cherish and love each one, I truly enjoy looking at them every day.” Linda also has made many Precious Moments gifts including pillows, baby blankets, and bibs, and for weddings she uses Precious Moments cards and wrapping paper.
