Preston College Announces Exciting Partnership with Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA)

Preston College is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership collaboration with Pettit Singleton Associates (PSA), coinciding with the launch of our new Building Services Engineering (BSE) apprenticeships. Introduced in September 2024, the College now offers specialised programmes within the BSE industry including Plumbing & Domestic Heating Technician Level 3, and Installation and Maintenance Electrician Level 3, aligning with our commitment to advancing green skills and sustainability in the workforce. As part of this collaboration, PSA will provide essential support and resources for one of our newly installed green skills learning zones, to ensure our apprentices receive excellence in education and training. PSA’s support will play a pivotal role in preparing the next generation of BSE professionals with the knowledge and behaviours that meet and exceed employer expectations. Mark Taylor, Director of Construction and the Built Environment says: “We are immensely proud to partner with PSA. The new apprenticeships in Plumbing & Domestic Heating Technician Level 3 and Installation and Maintenance Electrician Level 3 are designed to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in these areas.
