Errigal developed its bespoke Training Academy in 2016 in response to the growing demand for a trained and skilled workforce in the construction industry. ERRIGAL TRAINING ACADEMY
THE ERRIGAL APPRENT ICESHIP Our success rate over the past five years is 49%; 208 started the apprenticeship, 102 completed and 78 are either still in training or working for the company. Around 22% of these apprentices have the capability of becoming supervisors and managers. We guarantee a full-time job to every apprentice who completes the training course and gains the qualification

We are delighted to have received the Princess Royal Training Award for Excellence in Training Standards for our Apprenticeship in Drylining and Interior Systems. It was a clean sweep for the Errigal Apprentices claiming 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in Plastering and Drywall Systems at the UK World Skills National Finals. A huge well done to Ignas Kuarasavos, Liam Watson and Matthew Connolly on this incredible achievement, raising the bar on training for the future. WORLD SK I LLS UK
