OCCUPANCY » Each home has a maximum occupancy limit specified in your reservation confirmation. This limit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. The number of guests permitted to enter the Aqua Park will correspond to the occupancy limit of the home. CLUBHOUSE ATTIRE » Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, is required inside the clubhouse at all times. FITNESS CENTER » Children under 16 years of age may only use the fitness facilities if accompanied or supervised by an adult. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the fitness center. AQUA PARK » All guests must check in at the Sundries window before entering the Aqua Park. Glass containers, outside food and beverages, and Solo cups are prohibited unless purchased on property. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who remains within the park. Coolers and portable speakers are not permitted. All bags are subject to search. DRONE USAGE AND PRIVACY » It is illegal to operate a drone over individuals not involved in the drone’s operation. The use of drones to photograph individuals on private property in areas where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy is prohibited. COMPANY RIGHTS We reserve the right to deny admission or require a guest to leave the resort without refund, liability, or compensation if deemed necessary. Operating hours, facility availability, or access to attractions may be changed or restricted without prior notice and without refund, liability, or compensation. This includes temporary closures of the Aqua Park or other amenities as circumstances require. Resort rules are subject to change without notice.

Inside this packet, you’ll find details about resort amenities and activities, hours of operation, in-home features, and the rental terms and conditions. For additional information, you can conveniently access our digital resources by scanning the QR code provided in your rental home. PARKING » Parking is prohibited in areas marked with “No Parking” signs, on sidewalks or in a manner that partially or fully obstructs them, on grass or landscaped areas, in front of driveways, within 30 feet of a stop sign, and in the opposite direction of traffic flow. Adhering to these rules ensures safety and compliance. RVS & TRAILERS » May only be parked for active loading or unloading (max 4 hours). Must be moved off-site for the duration of your stay. IN-HOME WI-FI » We have two Wi-Fi networks in the home: Relax and Relax2 and the password for both networks is: luxuryrr (all lower case, no spaces). TELEVISION AND CABLE » All our televisions use Direct TV as a service provider. Each remote should be already paired and labeled to the correct corresponding cable box. This label will be on the outside of each cable box and on the inside of each remote. Note: If a remote is used from a different room, it will not work. POOL ALARM AND POOL HEAT » All home patios and pools are equipped with a state-mandated alarm system, as required by Florida law. The pool alarm must remain active at all times and cannot be deactivated under any circumstances. To temporarily silence the alarm, press the button located on the inside and outside of the sliding glass door. Once pressed, you will have 10 to 15 seconds to open and close the door. After this time, the alarm will sound, and the only way to silence it is by pressing the reset button again. If pool heating was purchased during your initial booking, it will be activated on the day of your arrival. To activate heat in the spa, use the timer knob located on the exterior wall near the sliding glass door. Pool heating can also be arranged during your stay by contacting Service Express, but please note that a 24-hour notice is required for activation. This restriction ensures the system operates efficiently and prevents potential damage. SMOKING POLICY » Please be advised that all of our homes are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and is not allowed on balconies or lanais. We kindly request that all cigarette butts and ashes are disposed of properly. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee, which will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your cooperation. STARTER PACKAGE » Each home is stocked with a starter package of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Pool towels are not provided, but additional bath towel sets can be delivered upon request for a fee of $5 per set. AIR CONDITIONING » Our HVAC system is configured to maintain a temperature range of 70 to 78 degrees for optimal performance. You can adjust the temperature within this range to suit your preferences. TRASH AND DEPARTURE » Two large trash bins are located outside the home next to the garage. We kindly ask that all trash be properly bagged before being placed inside these bins. A $25 fee will be assessed for any loose trash placed in the bins or left outside the containers. There is no need to move the bins to the curb, as trash is collected daily. On the day of your departure, please ensure all trash is removed from the home and placed in the outdoor bins. Additionally, kindly load the dishwasher, remove linens from the beds, and place all used towels together for housekeeping. Please note that excessive cleaning fees may apply if unbagged trash is found throughout the home. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the property.

POOL ALARMS
THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY LRR VACATION HOME. Additional cleaning fees will be applied for smoking in one of our homes. Each vacation home is fitted with smoke alarms in areas where smoke could collect and are in place to detect the development of a fire. Each smoke alarm has two power sources; hard wired and battery back-up. If the battery is low on power, the smoke alarm will begin a “chirping” sound. If this occurs, please contact LRR and we will service the alarm. If you are cooking and smoke occurs, the smoke alarms might sound. If this occurs, please turn on ventilation fan above the stove and open windows and doors until the smoke dissipates. IN CASE OF FIRE, IMMEDIATELY AND SAFELY EXIT THE HOME. CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. » All outside doors leading to the pool and spa area are equipped with a Pool Alarm System. » Each door leading to the pool/spa deck is equipped with a 120dB high output alarm. When any of these doors is opened, the alarm will sound. » There is a button located on the wall near the door. Please push the button prior to opening the door, and the alarm will not sound for roughly 10-15 seconds unless the door is left open. Alarm will automatically reset. » If the door is opened prior to the alarm button being pressed, the alarm will sound. If this occurs, push the button and the alarm will silence. Pools door alarms are required by law under Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act. Tampering with or disabling this device is a misdemeanor of the second degree and is punishable by a $5,000 fine or one year in jail. LRR will impose a fee for the repair or replacement of this device.
SMOKE ALARMS
Pools are set to run during occupancy from 6:00am to 11:55pm . Pool Heat must be enabled on the reservation for a heated pool. The pool system has two controls for guest use. One is for the pool LIGHT and other is for the SPA .
As the pool is fully automated these are the only controls necessary for guest use. These timers can be activated at any time during a guest stay.
TIMER INSIDE (next to living room sliding door) is for the pool LIGHT . It is highly recommended that the light be used at night while bathers are present to ensure safe swimming conditions. TIMER OUTSIDE (next to living room sliding door) is for the SPA. When engaged the pool will stop circulating and the system will circulate through the spa only. This allows the spa to increase in temperature above the pool temperature and limit the pool from overheating. Pool Heat must be enabled in the reservation for the pool to be heated and for Guest Safety all pools are limited to 88 degrees F. The pool will only heat during operating run times. When the pool is in normal operating condition the pool and spa will heat to equal temperatures. After pool heat has been enabled in the reservation it will take time to heat the pool (3-4 hours before a noticeable change). When the Spa Timer is engaged the Spa will heat and be limited to 100 degrees (15-20 minutes of preheat time before a noticeable change). Item of note: when the Spa timer is engaged the pool will not continue to heat as all energy is supplied to spa. Engaging the Spa timer before the pool is heated will slow the Pool Heat process. » HOW DO I TAKE OUT THE TRASH? Your home will have trash bins located on the side of the house. Place your bagged trash in the bins. (max. 30 lbs/14kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes. Do not wheel bins to the curb; the valet trash service will pick up from the side of the house. » HOW OFTEN IS TRASH COLLECTED? Trash is collected on a daily basis, so please put out trash bags as soon as they are full. » DO YOU OFFER RECYCLING? No, but we hope to in the future. 509.101 Establishment rules; posting of notice; food service inspection report; maintenance of guest register; mobile food dispensing vehicle registry. (1) Any operator of a public lodging establishment or a public food service establishment may establish reasonable rules and regulations for the management of the establishment and its guests and employees; and each guest or employee staying, sojourning, eating, or employed in the establishment shall conform to and abide by such rules and regulations so long as the guest or employee remains in or at the establishment. Such rules and regulations shall be deemed to be a special contract between the operator and each guest or employee using the services or facilities of the operator. Such rules and regulations shall control the liabilities, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties. Any rules or regulations established pursuant to this section shall be printed in the English language and posted in a prominent place within such public lodging establishment or public food service establishment. In addition, any operator of a public food service establishment shall maintain a copy of the latest food service inspection report and shall make it available to the division at the time of any division inspection of the establishment and to the public, upon request. *The sections listed below were revised by the 1998 Florida Statutes. Confirm that the Air Conditioner’s thermostat is set to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. 5
Ensure all windows and doors are in locked position, including the sliding glass doors. 6
Please shut off all interior and exterior lights and ceiling fans.

If you have any non-perishable unopened food items , you may leave it in the home. We will donate them to our local food banks. 8
