Together, we can keep the community clean and appealing. Help us by following these trash guidelines

» HOW DO I TAKE OUT THE TRASH? Your home will have trash bins located on the side of the house. Place your bagged trash in the bins. (max. 30 lbs/14kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes. Do not wheel bins to the curb; the valet trash service will pick up from the side of the house. » HOW OFTEN IS TRASH COLLECTED? Trash is collected on a daily basis, so please put out trash bags as soon as they are full. » DO YOU OFFER RECYCLING? No, but we hope to in the future. Please note that bins with yellow lids will be treated as trash, not recycling. » DOES ALL TRASH NEED TO BE BAGGED? Yes! All trash must be secured inside tied bags. Loose items are not allowed in the bins and will result in “no pick up” from your home. The only exception is cardboard boxes, which must be broken down and flattened, but do not need to be bagged.
