Check out time is 10:00 am If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Based upon availability, we might not be able to accommodate your request. Certain fees might apply if request can be granted. If you have requested a late check out and we are not able to be accommodated due to another guest checking in to that unit on the same day, there will be a late penalty charge assessed to the card that is on file. 1
Please check all the bedrooms, closets, furniture, and outside patio for your belongings. 2
Please put all dirty dishes, pots, pans, and silverware in the dishwasher. 3
Please take all trash from inside the home and put in trash container located on the side of the home. Please do not place any trash inside the garage. 4
Confirm that the Air Conditioner’s thermostat is set to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. 5
Ensure all windows and doors are in locked position, including the sliding glass doors. 6
Please shut off all interior and exterior lights and ceiling fans.

If you have any non-perishable unopened food items , you may leave it in the home. We will donate them to our local food banks. 8
In order to consistently improve on our guest’s stay, we ask that you fill out our Guest Questionnaire, and please leave it on the kitchen counter. 9
