PARKING » Parking is prohibited in areas marked with “No Parking” signs, on sidewalks or in a manner that partially or fully obstructs them, on grass or landscaped areas, in front of driveways, within 30 feet of a stop sign, and in the opposite direction of traffic flow. Adhering to these rules ensures safety and compliance. RVS & TRAILERS » May only be parked for active loading or unloading (max 4 hours). Must be moved off-site for the duration of your stay. IN-HOME WI-FI » We have two Wi-Fi networks in the home: Relax and Relax2 and the password for both networks is: luxuryrr (all lower case, no spaces). TELEVISION AND CABLE » All our televisions use Direct TV as a service provider. Each remote should be already paired and labeled to the correct corresponding cable box. This label will be on the outside of each cable box and on the inside of each remote. Note: If a remote is used from a different room, it will not work. POOL ALARM AND POOL HEAT » All home patios and pools are equipped with a state-mandated alarm system, as required by Florida law. The pool alarm must remain active at all times and cannot be deactivated under any circumstances. To temporarily silence the alarm, press the button located on the inside and outside of the sliding glass door. Once pressed, you will have 10 to 15 seconds to open and close the door. After this time, the alarm will sound, and the only way to silence it is by pressing the reset button again. If pool heating was purchased during your initial booking, it will be activated on the day of your arrival. To activate heat in the spa, use the timer knob located on the exterior wall near the sliding glass door. Pool heating can also be arranged during your stay by contacting Service Express, but please note that a 24-hour notice is required for activation. This restriction ensures the system operates efficiently and prevents potential damage. SMOKING POLICY » Please be advised that all of our homes are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and is not allowed on balconies or lanais. We kindly request that all cigarette butts and ashes are disposed of properly. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee, which will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your cooperation. STARTER PACKAGE » Each home is stocked with a starter package of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. Pool towels are not provided, but additional bath towel sets can be delivered upon request for a fee of $5 per set. AIR CONDITIONING » Our HVAC system is configured to maintain a temperature range of 70 to 78 degrees for optimal performance. You can adjust the temperature within this range to suit your preferences. TRASH AND DEPARTURE » Two large trash bins are located outside the home next to the garage. We kindly ask that all trash be properly bagged before being placed inside these bins. A $25 fee will be assessed for any loose trash placed in the bins or left outside the containers. There is no need to move the bins to the curb, as trash is collected daily. On the day of your departure, please ensure all trash is removed from the home and placed in the outdoor bins. Additionally, kindly load the dishwasher, remove linens from the beds, and place all used towels together for housekeeping. Please note that excessive cleaning fees may apply if unbagged trash is found throughout the home. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
