This course teaches participants how to confidently respond to an emergency in the home or workplace and provide lifesaving care until professional help arrives. This course meets the requirements for workplace training where there are six or more workers on any one shift. Training includes practical skill stations, scenarios, and written evaluation. This Standard First Aid / CPR Level C certification is delivered in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross. Key topics include: CPR and AED usage Managing airway, breathing, and circulation Handling various injuries (e.g., head, spinal, fractures) Recognition and response to medical conditions like strokes and heart attacks. Successful participants receive certification valid for three years.
