LMWOOD PARK, NJ — Alfred Sanzari En- terprises announced that BioReference Laborato- ries, Inc., an OPKO Health company, has signed a long- term lease renewal for 160,000 s/f of industrial space at 481 and 487 Edward H. Ross Dr. in Elmwood Park. BioReference is one of the nation’s largest full-service specialty laboratories, servic- ing approximately 19 mil- lion patients annually with a leading position in genetics, women’s health, oncology, and urology. The company operates a network of 10 laboratory locations and serves as an in- dustry leader in custom solu- tions for COVID-19 testing, including point-of-care testing

and large-scale screening pro- grams, which have been cru- cial in the nation’s pandemic response. BioReference has been one of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ largest tenants since their initial lease in Elmwood Park in 1998. Today, the labora- tory has three full-building leases across 481, 487, and 491 Edward H. Ross Drive that span a total of approximately 210,000 s/f. The recent renewal marks the latest chapter in a storied history of a successful collaboration between BioRe- ference and Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and demonstrates the real estate firm’s long-term commitment to its tenants. “Having worked closely to- gether for over twenty years, our relationship with BioRe- ference has become a trusted partnership and we are proud that they will continue to call our Elmwood Park properties home,” said Jennings. “Their multidecade presence at our Elmwood Park industrial prop- erties is a testament to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ reputa- tion for strong tenant retention and how our long-term owner- ship strategy ensures our ten- ants can secure the space they need to support their long-term needs.” Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced a new lease with Asiana Airlines for 2,511 s/f of office space at its iconic northern New Jersey corporate campus, Glenpointe, located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck. Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kas- parian and David Simson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Kyoung Tae (K.T.)
