Drying Rack Shelves The first of their kind in the foodservice industry – full shelf drying racks. The perfect product for holding almost any kind of tray for drying or storage. No need for additional attachments, these are complete shelves! Two shelf styles available: Choose between 15 drying slots to accomodate deeper bakeware and cutting boards or 35 drying slots for standard sheet pans, shallow pans, etc.
