We used Hemisphere on a few matings last spring and have been blown away by the results. The infusion of fresh South American genetics, coupled with the strength of the Coleman Donna cow family made for a tremendous breeding piece. Two of his daughters topped our female sale this past fall, and his sons are standouts as well. Combine him with our the time tested 230Z donor female and you have a dynamite combo. Lot 45 is a really well balanced, really complete made son of Hemisphere from a Legacy sired female. Legacy daughters are quickly establishing themselves as being very strong on the maternal side, while having the performance traits to raise those big scale topping calves. I really appreciate this guy for the hybrid vigor he brings to the table, while still having enough calving ease to be used on a variety of different cow types.
