HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for ship - ment and have had a complete vaccination program.All active Dams 3 years of age and older in the Eagle Pass cowherd are monitored annually for Johne’s Disease by blood test. All bulls selling in the sale are guaranteed free from Johne’s. BREEDING SOUNDNESS EXAM All bulls selling in the sale have passed a Breeding Soundness Exam prior to the sale. DELIVERY u All cattle sold to buyers in South Dakota and adjacent states are eligible for free delivery. Free delivery is also available to customers whose purchases total more than $25,000. Bulls will be kept for free until March 1st, at which time we will begin coordinating deliv- ery. We will arrange delivery to your ranch when possible, however, central stockyards and sale barns may be used as drop off points to prevent cattle from being in transit too long. Buyer’s cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated. u If you take your cattle home on sale day, we will give you a rebate of $100 per head. Bring your trailer and save money. SIGHT UNSEEN GUARANTEE All purchases made by internet bidding or on order with Eagle Pass Ranch are 100% satisfaction guaranteed upon delivery.This determi- nation needs to be made at the time of delivery. 1ST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE Bulls selling for $4,000 or more are guaranteed against breeding inju- ry for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90- day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit toward one bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less salvage value of the injured bull. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. Cell phone photos are appreciated. Replacement bulls are not covered by this guarantee. VOLUME DISCOUNT A 5% volume discount is available to buyers who purchase 5 bulls or more.

We do this in order to maintain large, genetically diverse, across-breed contemporary groups. All Angus bulls in the sale are registered with the American Angus Association. Transfers are avail- able upon request. SEMEN INTEREST We are selling one-hundred percent revenue-sharing semen inter- est on all bulls sold in the sale with only within-herd semen use being retained. All announcements from the auction block and the sup- plement sheet will take precedence over the information printed in the sale book.
